Our Mission:
The mission of The Free Clinic of the Greater Menomonie Area is to provide access to primary healthcare and preventive health education for the people of Western Wisconsin.
Do I Qualify?
To be eligible for services at the Free Clinic of the Greater Menomonie Area, you must meet the following criteria:
- Insurance Status: You must be uninsured or under-insured.
- Benefit Eligibility: If you are eligible for Medicare, Medicaid, or VA benefits, you are not eligible for Free Clinic care.
- Income Level: Your household income must be at or below 250% of the federal poverty level.
- Proof of Income: You may be asked to provide proof of income for yourself and your spouse (if applicable). Acceptable documents include:
- Tax return
- Paycheck stubs
- Social security statement
- Unemployment statement
